According with WDSF Rules, the Prize Money amounts are gross amounts. Organisers shall pay the amount in correct application of any local tax rules ( Italy = 30%), If, in particular, any withholding taxes are applicable and no exemption can be obtained by the Organiser, such shall notably, be deducted and duly remitted to the tax authorities. In such case, the Organiser shall also provide the dancers with corresponding certificates. The Organiser shall be responsible for the correct application of taxes and shall indemnify, the WDSF in the event any claim are raised against in in this respect. 1st place EUR 3’600 |
